Had a fantastic time with friends exploring the Opera House Theatre and North Pier Theatre. The staff were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. A perfect spot for a group getaway, with lots of fun amenities like darts and billiards.
The only downside was the parking, it’s a bit tricky. We had to figure it out, which was slightly inconvenient but not a dealbreaker.

Exceptional hospitality and great stay
I had a fantastic time during my stay. the welcoming staff went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met, even offering a delicious made-to-order breakfast. The cleanliness of our twin room was commendable, making it a comfortable space to unwind after a day out. On a minor note, the parking situation is a bit tricky and could use clearer instructions.

Room decor shows effort in maintaining a vintage vibe, creating a cozy atmosphere. Proximity to the tram stop adds convenience for exploring the area without hassle.
Parking can be tricky, with limited spaces available nearby. My mattress leaned towards uncomfortable due to noticeable springs. I found myself rolling closer to the edge, which wasn't the best way to spend the night.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the ambience was quite welcoming. I appreciated the easy accessibility, making it a breeze for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. The friendly staff contributed immensely to that homey feeling.
More heating in public areas needed.

The American pancakes were a sweet start to our mornings! The staff at Hopton were ever-so-helpful and made us feel right at home. The breakfast couldn't be faulted, fresh and plentiful! Nearby, I discovered Bel's Kitchen and Little Ethel's, both solid choices for a hearty feed.
While the mattress was a bit springy for my liking, it didn’t ruin the lay. the parking situation is a bit of a head-scratcher, and the hallways had a tad too much noise from kids on a joyride.
